more than 1,000 audiences in all 50 states and in 7 foreign countries. His media credits include more than 50 radio and TV talk show appearance per year. He has been a return guest on the Donahue Show, Entertainment Tonight, ABC Talk Radio, and he's a regular guest on The Aware Show in Los Angeles, CA, as well as many newspapers & magazines. The late Earl Nightingale said, "If George Carlin and Albert Einstein had a son, it would be Don Tolman." TV talk show host Phil Donahue said, "Like what he says or not; it's people like Don Tolman who, in their own unique way, will impact social change." Don Tolman has addressed audiences on the same speaker-platform with Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Joe Montana, Patch Adams and Olympic gymnastic gold medalist Peter Vidmar. Don is a distinguished communications facilitator and vocabulary-enhancement trainer. He has studied in-depth in the areas of applied behavioral and cognitive science, as well as neurology, semiotics, operant conditioning and Gestalt Theorem. His real passion is creating applied technique curriculums of accelerated academics for children, which include nutritional eating, as well as arcane and esoteric approaches to enhancing mental capacities.

Jonathan Dariyanani is the Corporate Counsel for Aero Financial as well as for Genesis Venture Fund India 1, LP. Mr. Dariyanani
is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and a
graduate of Duke University Law School. He was a visiting scholar at
the University of Paris, Sorbonne, where he studied international
business transactions.
Jonathan is the author of two software patents
and the co-author of "Developments in Securities Disclosure
Regulation" (San Diego Law Review together with the Chairman of the
American Bar Association, Business Law Section.
Jonathan was formerly employed with the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, which represents Google, Pixar, Apple and HP. His corporate law practice focused on advising high growth technology companies.
Mr. Dariyanani has been providing legal and business consulting advice for technology companies for 12 years. Jonathan has been a founder of eight start-ups, including language learning company Firebook, which he successfully sold to LeapFrog Enterprises (NYSE:LF).
He was the founder of an India based non-profit electronic educational literacy company, together with Leap Frog Enterprises Founder Mike Wood. This non-profit is currently providing electronic learning and literacy toys to thousands of students in poverty in India. Jonathan set up a software development organization within India and developed 21 interactive software titles for elementary students learning English in India.
Mr. Dariyanani has traveled to India 12 times in the last 18 months and has spent more than a year in the country studying the education market there. He has met personally with the Ministers of Education of the various states in India as well as on the national level. Through his participation in meetings of the World Economic Forum, Jonathan has been a participant in the global dialog to transform education in the developing world. Jonathan was invited as a special guest to participate in the Worldwide UNESCO meeting of Ministers of Education in Brasilia. Jonathan has met personally with President Thabo Mbeki and Mrs. Mbeki of South Africa, Nobel Prize Winner Mohammed Yunus, various European Foreign Aid Ministers and others to discuss effective and large scale public-private partnerships to transform education in the developing world. Jonathan speaks French, Spanish, German and has studied numerous other languages in the context of his research on education and literacy.

Ross Youngberg is an audit principal. Ross has over 22 years of experience in public accounting. He has extensive experience working with many companies in a wide variety of industries. Ross has special expertise in working with not-for-profit and governmental entities and is the firm expert in this area. Ross holds the Certificate of Education Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing, which is a specialty designation given only by the AICPA after exhaustive education and testing procedures.
Ross graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Utah. Ross is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA). Ross is also licensed to practice in Nevada and Wyoming.
Ross has been a member of numerous "peer review" teams, some of which he served as team captain, which were organized by the AICPA to review the accounting and auditing practices of other CPA firms. He has participated in a peer review of the Colorado Sate Auditors Office.
